Sa Cabreta is an organic farm and artisanal cheese dairy in Mallorca, located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our project is rooted in traditional farming, sustainability and a deep respect for the land.

Sa Cabreta was founded in 2019, when a group of young locals left the tourism industry to recover Mallorca’s agricultural and livestock traditions. Starting during a time of global uncertainty, our project grew from a clear decision: to live and work in a more local, conscious and sustainable way.



Organic Farming and Philosophy

Working in Balance with Nature

We practise organic agriculture in Mallorca, working in balance with nature and caring for the land, landscape and biodiversity. We believe farming should protect the environment, not exhaust it.
All our products are made exclusively with milk from our Murciano-Granadina goats, raised with the highest standards of animal welfare.


Artisanal Cheese Made by Hand

Our cheeses are produced entirely by hand, one by one, carefully controlling every stage of the process. All cheeses have an edible natural rind, giving each piece a unique character shaped by the Tramuntana landscape.



Local, Sustainable & Honest Production

Sa Cabreta is part of a local and sustainable food model in Mallorca. We believe in responsible consumption and in maintaining a direct connection between producers and visitors.
Our aim is simple: to offer authentic, high-quality products with a clear origin, made with respect for the land that sustains them.
