Our commitment to the land

At Sa Cabreta, we respect our island, where we come from, maintaining a true balance with nature. Our way of working is taking care of our resources, giving back and not exploit them. We raise our goats with the outmost care, whilst working with a responsible production model, connected to our Mallorcan farming roots.

Artisan cheeses made one by one

We make our cheeses in an artisan way, using the milk of our Murciano-Granadina goats. Each piece is worked by hand, taking care of each step of the process to preserve the quality, taste and essence of the Serra de Tramuntana. All of our cheeses have edible rind, which gives its own unique personality to each batch.

We open our farm's doors to share with everyone looking to learn not only consume.

Visits and gourmet experiences at our farm

We offer guided tours and dining experience for everyone who want to get to know from up close our ecologic farm and our way of working. Our experiences combine nature, sustainable agriculture and local product tasting in an Mallorcan setting.
